    Envelop Records is a Metro/DC independent Record label that is located in the Herndon area of Virginia. It is run by James Girouard and Mandi Mays. Both together work to provide a local forum for artists and bands to unite them with an atmosphere they can call their own. Also by the giving the bands and artists the fundamentals they need to succeed in the music industry.

    In this dog eat dog world, we as a label,also give back to our community. Whether it's playing a show for charity or raising awareness on a hot button issue that needs to be addressed, we never forget where we come from. People need to look past the glitz and glamour of Hollywood,tabloids, and money; we are beyond that. We take care of bands, fans, and each other. We are doing this for the love of the music.

Steamboat, Wail Country, Avalon, Peter Maybarduk, Forgotten Ryan, and Annie Long.

Annie Long is an inspiring young girl with knowledge beyond her years. At only 15 years old, she grabs the Indie scene by the horns and takes controls. Her haunting vocals married with her beautiful guitar rhythms will put your mind at ease and move your heart.

Wail Country is a progressive Indie band that hails from the little town of Herndon, VA, consisting of Cruz Garcia,Tyrone, Franklin Rodriguez, Matt Tyskowski, and Luis Cavero. With an ever growing fan base,mostly consisting of an army of teenage girls, Wail Country's catchy hooks and guitar riffs makes the crowd go wild.

Steamboat is John Flanders the man, John Flanders the artist and songwriter. His music is very different from any of the other artist on the label. Experimental with sounds and creative techniques, he will bring joy to the ears.

Forgotten Ryan is a three piece band that has a reminiscence of Elliot Smith and Nick Drake. It will completely tear down your emotions on all levels. Only to make you smile with appreciation for life.

Peter Maybarduk is classically trained in piano and guitar. Using these skills, he couples them with lyrics that can be a modern day soundtrack to anyone's heartache or triumphs.
